Terms Of Service

My Rights

As the artist, I reserve the right to refuse working with you for any reason.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Rude behavior, poor reference material, failure to send payment in time or refusal to pay, not replying, ignoring or inability to communicate about your commission properly, etc.

- I reserve the right to edit and alter my TOS page.- I reserve the right to interpret your character in my own way, and in turn, my own style.
This can include possibly changing the shape/look of some markings slightly in order for them to fit the style of suit i make.- I reserve the right to post photos of your completed fursuit on my website and other pages.
Each customer also has the right to repost pictures of their suit at their disposal.
Other parties do not have the right to repost any of our pictures without consent from either me as the maker or the commissioner of said suit.- My prices are set to what i feel like my work is worth, i will not sell any of my work for less then listed and any haggling will be met with 2 warnings and a blacklist from me and my products.

Your Rights

- You have the right to request updates, Work-In-Progress (WIP) pictures, modifications to markings, and necessary fixes during the creation of your commission.
I kindly ask that you limit questions such as "when will it be done" or "is it done" as it will not make your commission go any faster.- You have the right to cancel the commission at any time.
You will be refunded according to the amount of progress I've already made.
Please note that if your commission is 70-100% complete or in the process of detailing, you will not be eligible for a refund.
However, this policy is subject to change based on the type of commission.- You have the right to contact me at any time regarding your commission, I will try to address your inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.

Ordering & Requirements

- You must be 18+ in order to commission me, an ID will be requested as proof before any payments.- You need to get a quote before you can apply for a commission through my application form.- Commissions open through an application form, by applying you automatically accept my Terms Of Service.- Be sure to add all the notes, details and preferences in the form!
This will help me be as accurate as possible to the creation and realization of your fursona.
Please go into greater detail while messaging me if need be!- While commissioning you MUST have a proper reference sheet.- Your refrence should also be up to date and easy to read, see, and in high-resolution quality.
That means a front, side, and back view of your fursona, plus any explanation on smaller details that could be missed.- I cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies or mistakes resulting from an inadequately constructed reference sheet or lack of detail in your explanation.- If you decide to alter your fursonas design after creation has begun, additional fees will apply.- If you decide to switch fursonas i will completely cancel your commission and pay you back an amount according to how much progress has been made.- I require a quality made DTD if you're planning to order a fullsuit from me.

Quotes

- A price quote can be gotten through my quote form.- Price calculations can take up to 48 hours depending on my schedule, don't forget I'm just one person!- Quotes are valid for 6 months from the month you get them.- Prices are subject to change.- Quotes do not guarantee you a spot in my queue, nor do they mean you have to pay anything, they are only given as a price estimate for that time period.

Payment

- Once your commission is accepted and approved by me, a 30% non refundable downpayment for materials is required in order to secure your place in the queue.
be certain that you can afford the commission in full before making this payment.- The 30% downpayment must be made within 48 hours of me accepting your commission, i will send a reminder after around 24 hours of no payment.
Failure to do so will result in losing your place in the queue, and picking another customer to accept.- Payment plans can be arranged either 50/50, 25/25/50, or 25/25/25/25
(per month after downpayment is payed)- I accept payment through Bit, bank transfer, or PayPal (extra costs might apply)- I do not accept fursuit trades, character trades, or art trades as a form of payment. Additionally, I do not work solely for "material costs."- I will not work with any fabric that you wish to provide, i work with materials only i source.- I strongly recommend making sure that you are financially capable of affording a fursuit before commissioning me for one.
Fursuits are not a necessity, but a luxury.- If, for any reason, you cannot make a payment, please message me immediately.
I understand that unexpected situations can arise and im willing to work on solutions with you!

Refunds

- If work has not been started on your commission you will be refunded in full, not including your downpayment.- If your commission is 10-70% complete you will get a refund based on how much work has been completed
I reserve the right to finish and sell your suit with small changes if this is the case.- If your commission is 70-100% complete or in the process of detailing, you will NOT be eligible for a refund.- I reserve the right to cancel your commission at any time, with or without prior notice.

Due Dates

- I do NOT work with deadlines.- Turnaround time can take anywhere from 4 months to 1.5 years MAX if there are no delays.- Completion time depends on the size of your commission, the detail in your character, the speed of payments and where you are in my queue.- I highly suggest planning ahead and taking my turnaround time into consideration before commissioning me.
If you are in need of a deadline i can try my best but will not guarantee finishing by any specified date.

Work in progress WIP & communication

- All WIP updates will be done through telegram or discord.
My username on these platforms will be either mossymakes, mossyyeen, or deekorito- If you would like to switch communication to another app please inform me in advance.- I like to share my WIPS online, if you would like your commission not to be public, please inform me in advance.- Please do not ask for progress daily.
This is my hobby and i have other things to attend to day to day apart from your commission.
Your commission will still be actively worked on and updated.

Style

- I have a specific style that will change over time.- If you feel like my style is not suited for your commission, please do not commission me as I will not be changing my style.- I will NOT copy/steal any other artists work, if you want your suit in that style then please commission them.- I will NOT work with copyrighted characters (Pokémon, Sonic, MLP, etc.)

Stuff I Will NOT Make

- Any copyrighted characters. (Pokemon, Sonic, MLP...)- Protogens/ any characters with armor or metal accents. (excl. peircings)- EXCESSIVE weight/ muscle padding.- Anything with mechanical parts, latex parts, or resin bases.- Changes to my style for your project- Create a fursuit in another makers style.

Shipping

- Shipping costs are an additional charge that will be added to your commission as a separate cost.
Costs may vary and one should expect to pay anywhere from $50-$500 depending on where you live.- Commissions will be sent out once the shipping cost is paid for.- Shipping will be done through either DHL or a company that you as a commissioner trust.- I am NOT responsible for any lost & damaged items, as well as any customs or extra fees that you as a commissioner might have to pay.- I will send out a tracking number once your package has been sent out.- Shipping times may take anywhere between a week to 2 months depending on where you live.

Repairs/Warranty

- All of my suits come with a 4 month warranty where any/all repairs are free, shipping is payed by the owner.- If a repair needs an excessive amount of material, a fee may be applied.- My warranty does not cover refurbishments, exceptions apply.- After the 4 months all repairs will have to be paid for, fees will vary depending on the repair.

Terms Of Service

As the artist, I retain the right to refuse any subject matter and content that I am not comfortable with.

- You must be 18+ to commission me.
- Please do not check in daily on progress! Art takes time and I may not be able to work on it straight away.
- My art status is updated on my Trello as frequently as possible!
- My queue is ordered by whomever paid first.

Payments and Refunds

- Once we agree on everything needed I will send an invoice to your mail to be paid on PayPal.
Payment plans are currently not an option.
- Full refunds will only be available only if I haven't started your commission yet, after a sketch is completed, sent, and accepted I will not allow any full refunds.
- Please do not send me any form of payment without my consent.

Timing and deadlines

- General waiting time for commissions to be done is 1-3 weeks depending on my queue, and my IRL schedule.
- In case your commission is going to take longer than that, I will inform you.
- I do NOT work with deadlines.

Rights and Usage

- I retain the all the rights to my artworks.
- I may upload your commission to any of my social media (FA, Twitter, Instagram). Please talk with me before in case you want your commission to stay private.
- You may not profit off of the commission you have received (selling shirts, posters, etc).
- My art is NOT to be used for NFTs and anything of that kind.
- Please discuss it with me if you want to print your commission for personal use (a poster/tapestry, stickers, etc).
- When posting the commission you received online you MUST credit me in the description. You may not claim the art is made by you.
